Blu apartment is a restored and newly furnished apartment just outside the walls of Lucca.

It’s location makes it the perfect base for whoever wants to explore Tuscany without renouncing to enjoy the charming atmosphere of Lucca. The Blu apartment, infact, is provided with a private garage and, differently from Lucca historical centre, here you can leave the cars also in the street just under the building. This allows you to arrive up to apartment by car each time you need (when you arrive and need to unload your car, after shopping at the supermarket, at the end of an all day long tour with your sleeping children...) but also to be completely hassle-free about parking! And who has already been in Lucca knows how difficult finding a free parking is. Train Station , then, it’s not far so you can easily reach any destination!

The building is also very easy to reach from the main streets because it’s just behind the main road connecting Lucca city centre with the motorway. All people visiting it adfirmed that there's not as much noise as one may think, because traffic in a town as small as Lucca can't be compared to that of a big city and the trees around the condo create a kind of sound absorption. This detail could be considered as negative for who needs absolute silence, but means also that the apartments are located in a perfect position to both live Lucca and leave everyday for a different destination by car, by train or by bus.

Blu apartment consists of a sunny hall, 3 bedrooms, 1 twin and 2 double, 1 large bathroom with separate shower, dining room, complete kitchen and outdoor balconies provided with tables and chairs. The accommodation is extremely comfortable, thanks to its large spaces, perfect for a big family of 6 people (+1), to the modern and new furniture.

Amenities include washing machine, dishwasher, LCD television , central heating, private garage and several kinds of items for babies available on request.

Perfect for large families, the apartment is ideally placed , a stone’s throw from the walls of Lucca, and nearby to supermarkets and shops. It may be a good touring base for discovering Tuscany with the beach at Torre del Lago and Viareggio only 30 minutes away and Florence!
Siena and San Gimignano are less than ninety minutes drive away.
